Josh's path to real estate was anything but conventional. The Montreal Expos selected him in the first round, 11th overall, of the 1998 MLB Draft, and he went on to a seven-year professional career across the Expos, Texas Rangers, and Boston Red Sox organizations.
After baseball, he managed legacy assets for a Palm Beach family office, overseeing residential and commercial holdings from Hartford to Miami and a 2,700-acre ranch on the Costa Rican coast. Stewarding significant assets for sophisticated owners shaped how he represents clients today.
As one of the original agents selected to launch Compass in Denver, Josh surpassed $10 million in sales his first year and has since closed roughly $700 million across Denver's premier neighborhoods, the foothills, and the mountain corridor. His clients include investors, financial executives, and professional athletes who value discretion and a steady hand.
He holds a degree in International Business and Trade from Florida Atlantic University and lives in Golden with his wife Allison and their dogs, Hank and Maia.
