Historic Olde Town and foothills-edge estates, twenty minutes from Union Station on the G Line.
Overview
Arvada is a Front Range city about seven miles northwest of downtown Denver, spanning Jefferson and Adams counties. Settled in 1859 and platted in 1870, its heart is Olde Town Arvada, the original townsite, now a cultural and commercial hub home to the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities and the Olde Town transit station.
For luxury buyers the story moves to the foothills edge, master-planned communities like Leyden Rock and West Woods, where larger custom homes sit near extensive open space and trails. The G Line commuter rail connects Olde Town to Denver Union Station in about twenty minutes.
Market & Prices
The move-up and luxury tier concentrates in the northwest master-planned communities. In Leyden Rock, prices typically run from about $600K to past $1M, with West Woods custom homes crossing $1.25M.
